Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Spreadfilms.AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Service

Spreadfilms.AI is a video adaptation and localization platform operated by Spreadfilms GmbH. Service availability targets and SLA details are part of your account contract.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation.

5. Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as specified in your account. Per-render fees are invoiced based on platform usage logs.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement per the contract conditions. Upon termination, you may export your master assets for a defined grace period.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Traunstein, where permitted.
