Founded in Bavaria.

Spreadfilms launches as a film studio. First brand documentary lands a DAX-listed client.

200th production.

Eight-figure brand on the roster. Crew expands across DACH. Productions ship across Europe.

AI generation experiments.

The internal toolchain begins. Templates, automation, brand-checking — built for our own teams first, before anyone else.

Spreadfilms.AI spun out.

What started as internal tooling becomes a product. Beta launches with European brand groups and agency partners.

1,200+ productions. Platform live.
